SPARR is a live sparring activity database platform designed for combat sports athletes, coaches, and gyms. The Service allows users to log sparring sessions, verify training partners, and build transparent sparring records.

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you post on SPARR. However, by posting content, you grant SPARR a license to use, modify, and display that content. You agree not to:

5. Data Accuracy and Verification

SPARR provides a partner verification system to ensure data accuracy. Users are encouraged to verify sparring sessions with their partners. SPARR is not responsible for unverified or inaccurate data submitted by users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SPARR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SPARR does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

SPARR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
